The central design challenge in AI is no longer making a system look intelligent. It is helping people understand when that intelligence is dependable.
Trust grows through small, legible moments: showing what the system understood, making assumptions visible, and offering a clear way back when it gets something wrong.

The best AI experiences do not remove people from the loop. They move people to the moments where judgment matters most.
