Case study still in construction.
SEO is largely inaccessible. If you can afford an agency, you're paying a significant monthly retainer for work that is, at its core, repetitive and process-driven. If you can't, you're left learning a discipline that takes years to master — keyword strategy, technical audits, content optimisation, backlink building — while trying to run everything else that comes with building a product or business. There is no middle ground that is both affordable and effective.
I saw that gap and built Fox AI to close it: a tool that puts SEO on autopilot, handling the research, the content and the backlinks without requiring the user to become an SEO expert or hire one. This case study covers taking that idea from an initial hypothesis all the way to a shipped, live product — validating the problem, designing the experience, handing it to a developer, and running it.

Problem
SEO has an accessibility problem. Agencies are expensive, retainers are long, and the work — auditing pages, researching keywords, generating and optimising content — is largely repetitive and process-driven.
For startups, indie founders and small businesses, the choice has typically been between paying for expertise they can't afford or attempting it themselves with tools that still require significant time and knowledge. If the repeatable parts of SEO could be automated intelligently, the barrier to competing in search could be removed entirely.
